Whilst chastity cages are of course associated with male chastity, belts traditionally are associated with female chastity. Â Hybrid chastity belts are relatively new to male chastity and involve a belt element looped onto the cage which help hold the cage in position and for many is a more comfortable long term way to wear a chastity cage.
