• Dispatched from our USA fulfilment centres located in different States.
• 1–3 business day delivery with tracking on expedited services if nominated at checkout.

Europe
• Fulfilled from the US fulfilment centre.
• Average 5–7 business day delivery, no customs or import fees within the EU as we cover them when we ship.
• Orders often utilise local postal service for last mile delivery.
United Kingdom
• Dispatched from our US fulfilment centre.
• 5–7 business day delivery with tracking.
• Free shipping available on all orders.
• Last mile delivery often via Royal Mail or Evri.
Rest of World
• Tracked international shipping. Typically 8–12 business days.
• Local duties may apply depending on destination.
• Packaging remains discreet at every stage.
Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of delivered products. If your device arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
Billing & Privacy
• Your billing statement should appear as “Lkd Co” This is the only data submitted by Shopify via merchant handling.
• We never share customer information with third parties.
Exceptions
Where stock is not readily available at primary sending location, orders may be fulfilled from other warehouses in different locations.
