RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the intimate nature of our products we do not accept returns on packages that have been opened.  Should you wish to return or cancel your order prior to shipping, contact us and we'll make the cancellation and begin processing your refund.

If you wish to cancel your order after dispatch then please notify us.  When the unopened product has been returned to us we will process the refund.  Return shipping must be arranged by the customer.
